We utilize a series of empirically based developmental and diagnostic tests to assess and measure your child’s current level of functioning. We assess multiple levels of domains such as: Cognition, language development, adaptive skills, executive functioning and social skills. We also offer assessments services for young and older adults (17-90 years of age) to examine various difficulties such as: Learning disabilities, mood disorders, psychosis and cognitive dysfunction.
We offer psychotherapeutic services tailored to each person. Psychotherapy is a general term for addressing mental health concerns by talking with a psychologist or other mental health provider. During the process of psychotherapy, you learn about your condition, moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Psychotherapy helps you identify how to take control of your life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills. Such services can be provided on an individual or group basis.
