About
Sasha
Sasha Bronner is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. A local Angeleno, Sasha brings a warm, open, and collaborative approach to therapy – with an emphasis on creating a relationship where clients feel understood, supported, and able to explore without judgment.
Sasha practices from a person-centered and attachment-based perspective and draws from modern psychodynamic theory to help clients better understand the patterns, relationships, and past experiences that may be shaping how they feel and respond in the present. She also incorporates DBT-informed tools when helpful, particularly around emotion regulation and coping.
Her clinical experience includes working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, chronic illness, grief, relationship challenges, parenting, fertility and reproductive experiences, and major life transitions. She especially values helping clients better understand themselves within the context of their relationships and supporting building greater connection, communication, and understanding.
Sasha earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. She views therapy as a collaborative space where feeling deeply understood can open the door to greater insight, self-acceptance, and more fulfilling relationships.
