About
Sophie

Sophie earned her master’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. She also has experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and believes in honoring each person’s unique strengths and needs.

Her approach is person-centered and humanistic, incorporating CBT to help clients build practical skills while feeling genuinely heard and respected. She meets clients where they are at and moves at a pace that feels right for them. Alongside private practice, Sophie has experience in the school setting, which gives her a deeper understanding of the academic, social, and emotional pressures kids and teens face. This experience helps her support clients in a way that feels realistic, compassionate, and collaborative. Her hope is to help clients grow in confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
